"Make It Merry" CTMH Stamp Set

Hi crafty friends! Today I am sharing two Christmas cards that I made for The Crafty Pickle Blog using Close to My Heart "Make It Merry" stamp set.

Here is my first card...

I used CTMH Artbooking Cricut Cartridge to cut my tag, which coordinates with this stamp set. I took CTMH Pear and Topiary Inks to stamp my image onto my tag (I tried to create an ombre effect, it's acutally a bit more noticeable in person). I cut a piece of vellum a bit smaller than my colored card stock and then tied some ribbon to my top panel before gluing it down to my card base.

I finished it off by adding a bell to a bow I tied, scattered a few TCP Relish Mix and popped my label on some foam adhesive to add a bit more dimension to my card. That is all for this card!

Now my next card is mimicking a card that I posted on my blog a few days ago. I loved how it turned out, I did make a few changes to make it a little different.

Here it is...

I took some stitched circle dies I have to cut my circles out of some pattern paper. I stamped my sentiment, also from "Make It Merry", onto some vellum with VersaMark and heat embossed it with some black embossing powder.

I drew some white lines and then glued my circles down, adding some dimension to 2 of them.  I scattered some tone on tone TCP Relish Mix to match with the pattern paper. Super easy and simple!

Pretty Cute Stamps Include a Button Challenge

Happy Saturday friends! Thanks so much for joining us today!

This months Pretty Cute Stamps challenge is to Include a Button, so with that being said here is my take on the challenge!

I used the PCS Many Thanks stamp set, oh so many wonderful sentiments! My design was super simple, I die cut 3 circles from some pattern paper and stamped my sentiment to the smallest one. Once I was happy with the placement of the circles I added some foam adhesive to 2 of the circles to help add some dimension.

I finished the card by adding a bit of twine to the top and adhered a few buttons down with some mini glue dots. Super simple but yet so nice!!

I'm starting off my showing you a quick picture of the entire release! These are some SUPER CUTE stamps and if that isn't enough they are ALL ON SALE until 10:00 pm CST on Tuesday, September 22, 2015.

I took the Gift Card Holder Tag from PPPR to create my gift card holder. I cut a simply phrase "Merry" and underneath to the right I stamped "Christmas" from the Holiday Planner! This stamp set is not only amazing for planners, but could also be used to create a sentiment on anything! 

Here is a look at the gift card out of the cute pocket!

On the tag/gift card holder, I stamped the Christmas tree, also from Holiday Planner, to create a background. I simply finished off this mini gift by adding a bow to the top. Super easy and fun! You could totally recreate this by using the same products and making some for birthday's (cut out a "Happy" phrase and stamping birthday underneath), also for Thanksgiving, Halloween (treat bags), etc....

Pretty Cute Stamps September 2015 Sneak Peeks

Hi friends, thank you so much for stopping by!

I am so excited to be sharing my first DT Sneak Peeks with Pretty Cute Stamps!!  With that being said, let's get started with Day 3 of the Pretty Cute Stamps September 2015 release!!

Today I am giving you a sneak peek at the "Gingerbread Kisses" stamp set! This my friends is a must have stamp set, it's soooo ADORABLE! It's filled with of course, some adorable images and some awesome sentiments. 

Here is the card I created using this stamp set...

I used my copics to color my cute Gingerbread's and added some stickles for some fun shine. I stamped one of the sentiments to one of the card layers and then popped the frame up with some fun foam to help add a bit of dimension. You could totally turn this into a shaker card, but I just went with a simpler look. 

I finished my card by tying a bow and with some bells! That is all, thanks so much for stopping by!
